Tillandsia plumosa

 It is a part of Mexican green flowers.
 Plumosa means "feathery" and, as the name implies, is a sea urchin-shaped Tillandsia covered with bushy trichomes.
 As with any Mexican green flower, avoid the heat and water it well in a well-ventilated area.
